PLASBLAK® PE6249 is designed for use in geomembranes . It has been specifically formulated with carbon black and an antioxidant package to give the good UV weathering performance demanded of this application .
PLASBLAK® PE6249 has good dispersion characteristics and offers good UV protection , long term thermal stability and process stabilisation .
This product is not suitable for use in plastics that come into contact with food .
PLASBLAK® PE6249 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre -blending.
The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final application. Typical addition rates vary from 5% to 6% masterbatch.

PLASBLAK® PE6249 is supplied in regular pellet form packed in 25 kg bags. It should be stored in a dry place . Recommended storage life : up to 1 year provided it is stored as directed.
